How do I download the National Bank app and create my profile?

Search for the National Bank app in the App Store ® or Google Play ᵀᴹ. Click on Get (Apple®) or Install (Androidᵀᴹ) to download the app on your phone.

To create your profile:

  1. Open the app.
  2. Click on First time signing in?
  3. Select one of the National Bank financial products you own (debit card, credit card, loan, mortgage, investment account).
  4. Follow the instructions.

Tip: Make sure you are on the individual sign-in screen, not the business sign-in screen. If you see "SecurID Token", click on Personal Account at the bottom of the screen to be redirected to the correct location.

Already have an online bank account?

If you already have access to the online bank with another device, sign in to the National Bank app with the same email and password.
