How do I manage my municipal and school tax payments?

Depending on your agreement with National Bank, you can manage your taxes on your own, or you can use our services. Consult your mortgage contract to verify which solution applies to you.

 

If you manage your taxes independently, from your online bank*:

  1. Sign in to your online bank with your tax information in hand.
  2. Click Products and services in the left menu, then select Mortgages.
  3. Click Manage my taxes.
  4. Follow the instructions.

 

Important: our tax management feature isn’t available on the National Bank app yet.

If National Bank handles your tax payments:

Email us your tax account in PDF or photo format (JPG, PNG), to taxbills@nbc.ca.

 

Important: make sure that the account is legible and complete so that we can make the payment.

 

You can also bring it to a National Bank branch of your choice.

* This is a feature of your online bank that allows you to independently manage the payment of your municipal and school tax bills by providing you with the tools you may need. This is not a tax management service offered by National Bank through a property tax deposit account.
