How do I view my annual mortgage statement online?

You can see your annual mortgage statement by downloading it from your online bank or the National Bank app. Here’s how: 

From your web browser: 

1. Sign in to your online bank. 
2. Click Overview in the main menu. 
3. Go to the My mortgages section. 
4. Click the download icon to the right of your mortgage. 
5. Follow the instructions.

From the app: 

1. Sign in to the National Bank app. 
2. Click on your mortgage, then on the Details tab. 
3. Click Download my statements. 
4. Follow the instructions.
