How do I increase my purchase or withdrawal limits for my debit card?

 To increase your debit card limits for in-store purchases and ABM withdrawals:

 

From your web browser: 

1. Sign in to your online bank. 
2. Click on the profile icon where you see your name displayed, then select the Preferences tab. 
3. Click My client card limits.
4. Follow the prompts.

 

From your National Bank app:

1. Sign in to the National Bank app.
2. Expand the main menu and click on your name (Profile and preferences) and select Settings.
3. Under Settings, click Debit cards and follow the instructions.

 

Click Maximize my limits to take advantage of the maximum limits allowed with your card. These limits cannot be increased.
