Our process for handling privacy complaints differs from the three-step process described on our previous page for complaints about products and services offered by the Bank.

At the Bank, privacy complaints are handled by the employees who receive them or their designated team. If you remain dissatisfied with the response to your complaint, our employees will offer you the opportunity to contact the Privacy Office to request a review.
